What ticket options are available and what do they include?

Stay Tickets (lodging included): RV Site from $115 (full hookups, unlimited guests in your RV), Camp Site from $115 (dry camping for up to 4 people), and Lodge Room from $150 (normally $200). All stay options include hot showers and wood-burning fires in designated areas.

3-Day Tickets (no lodging): from $30 Early Bird (normally $75) for groups of 4+, $45 for 2+, or $55 solo. These give you full access to all 3 days without overnight stay.

Kids 3 and under get in free. Heroes (active and retired military, first responders, and their immediate family) save 15% — contact us with valid ID to apply. Register now and pay later with cash or card using "Offline Payment" at checkout.

Absolutely — Shiloh Echo is designed for the whole family. Childcare is provided during talks with engaging activities for all ages. Kids 3 and under receive complimentary admission. The venue is a safe, wholesome environment where families grow together through shared adventure and worship.

Is food included with my ticket?

Tickets do not include food or beverages, which are sold on-site by local vendors. Expect fresh, locally sourced, non-GMO, seed-oil-free options — from burritos and tacos to coffee and full catering. Budget roughly $15–30 per person per day depending on appetite.

What activities are available?

Over 13 outdoor activities across 100+ acres, including: forging, axe throwing, horse riding, gun range (age restricted, brought to you by Jager Defense), foraging, scavenger hunt, sauna, pack llama treks, wool spinning, timber framing, bladesmithing, K9 training, locksport, canoeing, petting zoo, hiking, swimming, fishing, basketball, volleyball, pickleball, and evening fire pit gatherings. Where should I stay?

We'd love for you to stay on-site at Boulder Creek Retreat — just grab a Stay Ticket (RV, Camp, or Lodge). You can share your needs at checkout like number of beds, room arrangement, and accessibility requirements. If you prefer to stay off-site or live locally, purchase a 3-Day Ticket and find accommodations within 15–30 minutes of driving.

What should I bring?

Pack comfortable clothing and shoes for activities and relaxation, plus toiletries, a change of clothes for each day, and a sleeping bag or bedding if not provided. Bring a water bottle, snacks, and personal items for downtime. Don't forget your phone and charger — though we encourage putting it on silent to fully disconnect. Pack any medications, a yoga mat or activity-specific gear, and a small backpack for daytime essentials.

Smoking, alcohol, and other substances are strictly prohibited. Violators will be removed without refund.

What is the dress code?

There is no formal dress code — dress comfortably for a outdoor retreat. We recommend layers (North Idaho weather can shift), sturdy shoes or hiking boots for activities, and a jacket for cool evenings. Modest, casual attire is the norm.

Are pets allowed?

For the safety and comfort of all attendees — especially children — pets are not permitted on the retreat grounds. Service animals are welcome; please contact us in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.
